REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
For all Luxe Rx Club merchandise and non-prescription skincare products, we offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To begin a return, please reach out to us at info@luxerxclub.com.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your items.
Items shipped back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent, notify us within 5 days of receipt.
This allows us to look into the issue and resolve it quickly. Photos may be required so we can properly assess the situation.
Exchanges
If you’re hoping to receive a different item, the quickest approach is to return the original product. Once the return is approved, you can then place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to finalize and post the refund.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier.
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is on the way.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please confirm that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Luxe Rx Club is not responsible for:
• Packages delivered to incorrect addresses
• Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
If the package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Luxe Rx Club is not liable for:
Lost packages
Stolen packages
Carrier delays
Delivery errors
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please email info@luxerxclub.com within 5 days of delivery.
We will gladly replace the affected item.
