Your experience begins with a complimentary Discovery Call — a brief virtual conversation designed to understand your goals and determine which care option is the right fit.
Before your call, you’ll complete a short intake so your provider can review your background in advance. This allows the visit to remain focused, personalized, and intentional.

DISCOVERY CALL
During your Discovery Call, we will review your goals and medical history, walk you through the right services for you—from weight loss to hormone care to general telehealth—and explain the difference between Signature Membership and à la carte care. Then we’ll align on next steps and move forward with clarity and confidence.
This is a no-pressure conversation designed for clarity, alignment, and safety.

ENROLLMENT AND INVOICING
After your Discovery Call, you’ll choose the care option that best fits your needs. You’ll then receive only the medical paperwork relevant to your chosen care.
Labs and prescriptions are ordered as clinically appropriate once invoicing and onboarding are complete.

BEGIN CARE
Once onboarding is finalized:
• Treatment plans are confirmed
• Medications and services are ordered
• Ongoing care continues through our secure telehealth platform (for members)
In many cases, care can begin the same day or shortly after your Discovery Call.

SIGNATURE MEMBERSHIP
Designed for patients seeking continuity, flexibility, and preferred pricing. Membership includes:
Ongoing access to our licensed clinical team
Secure telehealth platform for visits, messaging, and follow-ups
Access to all Luxe Rx Club medical services as your care evolves
After enrollment, medical visits are a flat $75 per visit.
Medical Weight Loss for Members (Includes Medication, starting dose — $300/month)
Only $49 per month (6-month minimum commitment)
*Labs and medications are billed separately when clinically indicated.
À LA CARTE CARE
(Non-Members)
For patients who prefer not to commit to a membership, select services are available on an à la carte basis. À la carte care:
Does not require a membership
Is intended for short-term or non-continuity care
Is priced higher due to the absence of a membership commitment
Includes Medication
À La Carte Medical Weight Loss — $400/month
*Availability of à la carte services is limited and based on provider discretion.

Luxe Rx Club currently provides care for adults 18 years and older. All services — including weight loss, prescription skincare, sick visits, and memberships — are available exclusively to patients 18+.
